Can you show me beforehand what my smile would look like after treatment?

Yes, by making of models of your upper and lower teeth, and taking digital pictures of your teeth and smile, we create a model of what your teeth will look like before we begin treatment.  In this way, both the dentist and patient know what the smile will look like before treatment is started.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes. Many new patients come to us because a current patient has recommended our services to family, friends, and neighbors. We appreciate your confidence in us and promise to treat your friends with the same customer service and gentle, comprehensive care that you have received in our office.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

We accept most traditional dental insurance plans and will file claims as a courtesy.   A pre-treatment estimate can be sent to your carrier so you know what your portion of the payment will be prior to starting treatment.  This benefits you as the patient because we will gladly accept payment directly from your insurer after your co-payment is made on the day the procedure is done.

Do you charge for missed appointments?

Please call us 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer your time slot to another patient. We will assess a cancellation fee to your account if you do not provide 24-hours notice of cancellation.

I have a temporary crown in my mouth. What happens if it comes off or breaks?

If your crown breaks or falls off during our office hours, call us we’ll make arrangements for you to see a doctor right away. After hours, try to reattach the crown with toothpaste or dental cement that you can buy in most drugstores. Simply apply the cement to the crown and hold it in place until it feels secure. Call our office the next day to schedule an appointment. Try to avoid chewing on that side of your mouth in the meantime.
