Last summer I received six porcelain crowns on my top front teeth. Although I expected improvement in the look of my teeth, I was unprepared for how beautiful and natural they would be. I am thrilled with the outcome. I now have a million dollar smile! When I’m exuberant or joyful, my smile matches the power of my sentiment.

In addition, I cannot believe that these are not my original teeth. I have total confidence biting into anything and they feel like they are the teeth that I’ve always had. The process of this transformation was far easier than I had inspected and each step was clearly explained. I am so grateful for Dr. Kraft and his associates. I have been visiting Dr. Alfred Kraft and his team of professionals for my dental care for over 10 years. I’ve had them repair some teeth by installing crowns, improve my smile with some cosmetic dentistry, and perform routine cleaning and checkups. From the very beginning, I was struck with the caring and careful approach taken to dentistry at this office. Dr. Kraft has always taken the time to explain to me, in terms I could understand, the condition of my teeth and mouth. His modern imaging systems make it possible for me to see what he sees inside my mouth, which really has helped me to understand what was going on. I got a clear picture of what needed to be dealt with now, and what bore watching over the years to see what developed. When there was dental work to be done, he gave me very clear information about any choice to be made, how the procedures would play out, and what results to expect. Careful attention was paid to both the “technical details” of my dental work as well as the aesthetic appearance of the result.

I would describe his approach to work as one of a master-craftsman, and he clearly takes great pride in doing the highest quality work. He has always been concerned that I am satisfied with the results, wanting me to feel that my teeth both “worked right” and looked right.” This all occurs in an office that is efficient and prompt, but at the same time relaxed and friendly. I think that someone who gets anxious about a visit to the dentist would find themselves comfortable in this office, as well as very pleased with the result.
