New Dental Patient Information Boston
Uplifting Smiles Since 1974

Because our practice has been taking care of Boston smiles for over 50 years, we know a thing or two about making a great first impression! We hope to help you and your family feel right at home from the moment you step through our doors, and toward that end, you’ll find plenty of useful information below so you know exactly what to expect.
Of course, if you have questions, you are always invited to give us a call.
Your First Visit

After you’ve been greeted by our warm and friendly team, you’ll be escorted to the back where we’ll do a review of your dental and medical history as well as perform a comprehensive oral exam. This will include taking X-rays, intraoral photos, and a 3D scan so we can get a clear picture of your dental health (and easily show you what we’re seeing).
Based on our findings and your goals, your dentist will work with you to put together a personalized treatment plan. Before you leave, you’ll have a chance to discuss your financial options as well so we can find what works for both your smile and budget.
Patient Forms

We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience, we recommend printing and completing these forms at home.
Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. If you have any problem getting these files to print properly, please call our Boston dental office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is diverse. Some policies cover only a small percentage of fees, while others cover 50% or greater. The more you or your employer pays for premiums, the better the coverage, in most cases. Generally, dental insurance covers some restorative and preventive procedures. Cosmetic dentistry is not usually covered.
If you have questions, give us a call. We'll be happy to tell you what your insurance will cover.
